History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
