History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion
