History: Frouse was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Nykkan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
