Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a red vest and prefers violet and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His red hair is knotted and matted. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Roofer profession.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is content.

Description: This eastern man dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Map Maker in town.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
