History: Ur-Masi hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ur-Masi was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Thorpe was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thorpe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
