Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kelter embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Kelter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stableman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This light-skinned male is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and green handkerchief worn on his right side. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Suhnae embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Suhnae and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nelkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nelkin. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
