History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Flak was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Jeweler. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Dain hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
