History: Nákra hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and retire the richest man in the east

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
