Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many orcs want him driven away

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
