Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Sammal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
