History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Scribe mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
