History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Shivering took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
