History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chem was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Banker and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
