Description: This man wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lorm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lorm. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. He has gray eyes.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Cloak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. His hair is brown and curly. His ears are large.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
