Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: He wears a pastel costume with the symbols of magic on his torso, and he perpetually has his shield ready. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He stands about 4'5" and wears baggy tan pantaloons and a grey scarf. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is long and unkept. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
