History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Cairn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gûnd was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Scribe. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stylist born in the past three hundred years. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He got into the Stylist business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
