Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lucan studied abroad. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
