Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. A true patriot, Skirt would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
