Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
