History: Gennal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gennal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Brottor was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
