History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miller. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
