History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Charles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Mayor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
