Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
