History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Xappan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Xappan was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second daughter.
