Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Burto has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To pay off his debts.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a brown vest and prefers black and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dayereth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
