Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ekemon will drive conversation. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Ekemon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
