Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Barakas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Barakas's homeland. Barakas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Mugrunden was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
