History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again.
