Description: He stands about 3'1" and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Marshal who has hired him part-time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ozyman was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'6" and wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This late middle aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress) and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Zed was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zed's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears bulky black painted plate armor. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born in the east. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Nim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he wants revenge against drow
