History: Therai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Therai and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Roondar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
