History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Ortegar was born the youngest of three triplets. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
