Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bather. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Oppleby is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. After a long history of fighting, Fonkin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'6". He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Frouse embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Frouse grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
