Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. His hair is silver and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miller born in the past three hundred years. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To be a Locksmith again; and many giants want him driven away

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
