History: Born to a Beggar, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
