Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Fulbar and his spouse have recently divorced.
