Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
