Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Himo began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Veit was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the north to a Miner, Alston learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
