Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Cairn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Orthog was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
