Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burgell embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Burgell was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Unemployed. After a long history of fighting, Burgell and his spouse have recently divorced.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Engraver.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Mamnen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
