Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and yellow robe with the hood down. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly halberds and hammers. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longsword, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Whurbin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Whurbin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has black hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
Ideals: Gifted. Flaws: Disease. Bonds: Poor, Attractive, Nature. Occupation: Brewer

Description: A 3'1" western man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He became a Glassblower soon after.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.
