History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
