Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Theriatis was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Junk Dealer born in the past three hundred years. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Azaki hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
