History: He was born in the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Alston was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Alston was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alston's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
