History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his blue crest in a flapper bob. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
