History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Rivaan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
