History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Heskan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Heskan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Cory was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
