History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bucklal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. One day when Bertram was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Bertram was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
