History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to clean up the streets
