Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
