Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nadarr does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
